Catalonia Las Cortes is the name of a hotel that occupies the former residence of the Duke of Noblejas, an 18th-century neoclassical palace. The two Paradores Nacionales de Turismo that we have in our community could well be considered authentic palaces. They are located in the municipalities of Chinchón and Alcalá de Henares and a stay in them is always a stay of high category, always looking for the fusion with its environment and its cultural, historical and gastronomic heritage.
