Madrid Fusión Alimentos de España returns to IFEMA from January 29 to 31 to celebrate its twenty-second edition under the slogan "Where it all begins" / "Donde todo comienza".

The great event of Spanish gastronomy has been taking place for two decades, becoming year after year the epicenter of culinary excellence and a meeting place for emerging talent, knowledge and innovation.

Madrid Fusion will once again promote experiential and sensory content, presenting the most authentic and interesting proposals and trends in haute cuisine from around the world.

In addition, to celebrate more than two decades of success, the organization has planned an exclusive party for the evening of Monday, January 29, where the culinary community will gather for a great celebration.

Among the twenty international chefs confirmed, there are outstanding professionals such as Alexandre Mazzia from France, Andreas Caminada from Switzerland, Nicolai Nørregaard from Denmark, Junghyun Park from Korea, Yasuhiro Tomari from Japan and Gonzalo Aramburu from Argentina. They will be joined by renowned top Spanish chefs such as Dabiz Muñoz, Joan Roca and Andoni Aduriz.
