From April 17 to 20, the IFEMA MADRID fairgrounds will host the 36th edition of Salón Gourmets, the largest event dedicated to delicatessen products in Europe.

Salón Gourmets presents a program full of activities: competitions, tastings, presentations, show cookings and conferences, declaring itself once again as the largest European event dedicated exclusively to high quality products and one of the largest showcases in the world for high-end food and beverages.

The fair has a commercial spirit and is aimed at national and international professionals from the hotel and catering, restaurant, food and beverage distribution, catering, specialized trade, etc. In addition, this edition of this gastronomic event has Brazil as Country of Honor, which will become the epicenter of the culinary sector worldwide for four days. Thanks to the collaboration of Grupo Gourmets and the Brazilian Agency for the Promotion of Exports and Investments, thousands of professionals will be able to get to know, taste and be surprised by Brazilian products.

Likewise, this 2023 edition stands out for hosting the most exclusive Quality Food and Beverage Fair in the world and for the first time in its history will have five pavilions and more than 2,000 national and international exhibitors where some 55,000 unique products will be presented and more than 1,200 activities will be held, including competitions such as the Best Joselito Ham Sandwich 2023 or the World Championship of Cider Pouring with Cider from Asturias.
