Ham Tasting - Madrid Experience

A cutting ham master will delight attendees with an authentic tasting of acorn-fed Iberian ham. This experience is organised for events and groups looking for an intimate and private experience to enjoy and delight in our great national product.

In addition to the tasting, the experience allows you to learn about the fascinating world of ham, its qualities, the different designations of origin, its processes and particularities. The tastings take around an hour and a half and are paired with Jerez wines, as well as cheeses and artisan bread.

The experience can be organised in private spaces, in the company's premises or at the group's request. The aim, in addition to the delight of the product itself, is to deepen the tasting experience, to observe and learn from the best cutting ham masters about a tradition that crosses all borders.
