VALDEMANCO

The municipality is located in a mountainous terrain with abundant granite outcrops. This granite is highly appreciated throughout the world for its quality, is used in construction and is also one of the main economic sources of the population. Livestock (goats, cattle and sheep) and agriculture are secondary activities.

The most outstanding artistic heritage of the municipality is the Church of Nuestra Señora del Carmen. It has a nave built between the 19th and 20th centuries with masonry walls and reinforced ashlars.
