The capital will be immersed itself in the world of fashion and design from February 9 to March 17 with the seventh edition of the Madrid Design Festival.

Under the motto "Redesigning the world", this event will turn Madrid into the international capital of design, with the participation of 713 professionals and 89 institutions and brands.

The Museo del Traje, Fernán Gómez Centro Cultural de la Villa, Museo Nacional de las Artes Decorativas and Museo Cerralbo are some of the cultural spaces that host its 49 exhibitions and installations.

The handicraft of Castilla-La Mancha is the guest project with the exhibition "Castilla-La Mancha Designs: Back to the essence", an exhibition that includes pieces pieces by Aitor Saraiba, Wool Dreamers, Fernando Garcés, Fernando Alcalde and Marian Delgado, among others.

As a new initiative of the Madrid Design Festival, Fiesta Design takes place from February 14 to 25. This event is not only a celebration of design, but also a meeting place for projects that explore and propose solutions to the most important challenges of our time. 

Annalisa Rosso, Oteyza and Paul Cournet will be part of the expert panel of the Madrid DesignPRO conference, which returns this year to reflect on the potential of design to transform and improve society.
