The 34th edition of the International Festival of Sacred Art (FIAS) will take place from February 15 to March 19 in different municipalities of the Region of Madrid.
This Festival will host 36 concerts, 31 of them premieres, in an unprecedented and attractive program with which to discover different artists, music and interpretations. Although early music is its main focus, FIAS also welcomes jazz, folk, pop, flamenco or electronic artists such as Rocío Márquez & Bronquio, Refree, Sebastián Cruz, Vicente Navarro, Matt Elliot, Pablo Martín Caminero Trío or La Violondrina, among others.
The international presence will also have its space in FIAS 2024 with 11 concerts by artists or groups from 9 countries such as Germany, Argentina, Canada, China, France, Italy, Norway, Portugal and the United Kingdom.
Several venues will host FIAS concerts, with the collaboration of the Pontifical Basilica of San Miguel, Teatros del Canal, the Chapel of the Royal Palace, the Church of San Marcos and the Paco Rabal Cultural Center - Palomeras Bajas in the city of Madrid. In addition, FIAS extends its shows to other municipalities in the region in places such as the Real Coliseo de Carlos III in San Lorenzo de El Escorial, and the Monasterio de Santa María del Paular in Rascafría.
