The 23/24 season of the Fundación Orquesta y Coro de la Comunidad de Madrid (ORCAM) once again preserves the magic in its magnificent pieces, conducted by Marzena Diakun.
This season's musical offer includes a selected repertoire of pieces composed by outstanding composers in the history of music, such as Rachmaninoff, Tchaikovsky or Stravinsky.
The different types of works presented make up a range of possibilities worth seeing, including the choir (or choirs, adults and children) in secular cantatas, requiems, masses and Te Deums from the XVIII, XX and XXI centuries, sung in Latin, Russian, Spanish and Amazonian languages.
With the aim of spreading classical music to all citizens and enhancing the prestige of the Region of Madrid as a musical destination, ORCAM guarantees a musical show of excellence that is difficult to find in other parts of the world.
The Auditorio Nacional de Música, the Teatro de la Zarzuela, the Teatro Real and the Museo Nacional del Prado are some of the venues that will host the 23/24 Season of the Fundación Orquesta y Coro de la Comunidad de Madrid, which can be enjoyed until July 2024.
