From July 5 to August 27, the festival will offer 76 artistic performances of different disciplines such as circus shows, concerts, plays, dance, exhibitions, flamenco, zarzuela or children's activities.
China will be the guest country this year to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the beginning of diplomatic relations between the Asian country and Spain, so many of the activities will revolve around its culture and will be distributed in 29 venues throughout the city, reaching twelve of Madrid's twenty-one districts.
It will feature artists from various countries such as Germany, Colombia, Cuba, United States, Italy, Japan, Mali, Mexico, Portugal or Switzerland and prestigious artists such as Ute Lemper, Eliades Ochoa, Lee Fields, Carlos Sadness or Sole Giménez, the National Ballet of Spain, the Companhia Nacional de Bailado, Eduardo Guerrero or the Antonio Gades Company, among others.
