From May 26 to June 11, the 82nd edition of the Madrid Book Fair will be held, which will take place in the emblematic El Retiro Park.

This cultural event, which has become an unmissable event for both Madrid residents and visitors to the city, has 385 booths and 424 exhibitors and the participation of independent publishing labels, publishers, distributors and bookstores.

This edition of the Madrid Book Fair, which is dedicated to science under the slogan ¨we are science and letters¨, is a unique opportunity to discover and enjoy culture in the Spanish capital. In addition, with this year's poster, designed by María Simavilla, they wanted to pay tribute to Madrid and the diversity of its reading community.

The Region of Madrid participates this year in the Book Fair, as usual, with a Pavilion where you can enjoy a wide range of activities made up of workshops, round tables, book presentations, meetings with authors and a long list to get the most out of this new edition of a fair whose main axes are reading, bookstores and readers.

It should be noted that this year the 'Shadow Project' will be carried out, thanks to which a large part of the fair's route will be covered by tarpaulins to avoid high temperatures.
