From May 12 to 15, the city of Madrid celebrates, as every year, the festivities of San Isidro, where you can enjoy tradition, music and fun.

With open-air dances, music for all tastes and ages, and a wide variety of activities, the program of the Fiestas de San Isidro 2023 has as its main venues the Plaza Mayor, Las Vistillas, the meadow of San Isidro, Matadero Madrid or the Retiro Park.

In the festival program, the musical avant-garde and a look back to the past, nostalgic sounds, rock, pop, electronic music, indie, mestizaje, urban proposals, flamenco and that traditional touch that can never miss in San Isidro for all Madrid live their patron saint festivities.

Traditional celebrations such as the pilgrimage in the meadow of San Isidro and typical gastronomy such as lemonade and the "rosquillas listas y tontas" will coexist during the festivities with an attractive program of music and shows spread throughout the city. A perfect occasion to enjoy the most traditional essence of Madrid and one of the hallmarks of the Madrilenians, their hospitality. In addition to the traditional May festivities, the Holy Year of the city's patron saint, San Isidro, which was granted by the Holy See in commemoration of the fourth centenary of his canonization, comes to a close.
