Location: Town Square of Hoyo de Manzanares

With the aim of promoting organic farming, its production processes and the benefits of its consumption, this market emerged in 2005 as an activity within the Week of Ecology, and since then every month is held in the town of Hoyo de Manzanares this 'Ecological and Artisan Market'.

From 11 a.m. onwards, craftsmen and ecological producers will gather to offer you the region's crafts in wood, clay, enamel, wool or leather and you will be able to purchase products such as soaps, candles, costume jewellery, clothing or handmade household linen, as well as vegetables, fresh fruit, free-range eggs, honey, freshly made bread and pastries, yoghurts made with milk from the cows of the Sierra de Guadarrama and much more.
