Rock band poster

The WiZink Center in Madrid hosts a spectacular original exhibition that simulates a great rock concert. This February, enjoy a fun and different exhibition that explores the sociological realities of live music.

This particular exhibition is the work of Abdul Vas, a Venezuelan painter and sculptor trained in the great European fine arts academies. Immersive in nature, the exhibition promises to break the boundaries between art and music. The goal is to imitate the energy and euphoria that are distilled in the usual rock concerts.

Featuring portraits of the musicians of the celebrated rock band AD/DC, the exhibition delves into the anticipation experienced when attending live concerts. The vibrant audience is the subject of the exhibition. Fans of the legendary rock band will be able to see original drawings of Angus Young or Brian Johnson by the artist.

Sculpture, drawings, photographic collages or traditional painting, among others, will be on view. It is a multidisciplinary experience that will be presented on stage with a large display of lights, spotlights, projection screens and a large sound system.

A legendary American Peterbilt truck will appear on stage and, throughout the exhibition, Abdul Vas' fascination with car racing and the world of motorsports, particularly NASCAR racing, the most popular category in the United States, will be evident.

The exhibition opens in Madrid this month and then aims to reach cities such as Shanghai, Hong Kong, Miami and Tokyo.

Dare to visit this Abdul Vas' proposal and let yourself be thrilled by his vibrant work, book your tickets!
