A total of 23 establishments throughout the municipality participate in these culinary days. They are restaurants of very different types that offer their particular autumn menu full of traditional recipes, made with local seasonal products.
Come to the city of Cervantes to try tasty dishes that match the autumn weather, very well known for its mushrooms and hunting meats. You will be surprised by a wild boar stew, a rosemary spiced rabbit with seasonal mushrooms or artichoke or partridge stews, to warm up the body. There will be no shortage of chanterelles, mushrooms and boletus, cooked in a variety of ways.
The restaurants that share their kitchens for these autumn gastronomic days are part of the local association Alcalá Gastronómica - Fomentur. A platform that wants to reward the quality of local products, the preparation of typical and traditional dishes, as well as a catering service of the highest standards.
Visit the restaurant Mesa 12, located in the old Post Office building of the sixteenth century, and try their boletus croquettes or their rice with thistle mushrooms. Dare to try the Ki-Jote restaurant, with its Japanese-fusion cuisine, which combines oriental recipes with Mediterranean inspiration.
