Los parques temáticos, de ocio y de aventura abren sus puertas

The summer has finally arrived, and with it the expected new normality, which guarantees that we can make plans and resume our lives. Last week the theme parks of the region opened their doors, a different and fun alternative for all tastes, where surely you will enjoy a vibrant day. Where do you want to start?

The theme and leisure parks have reopened their doors last week, but with great hygiene measures and reinforced protocols on the occasion of the new normality to ensure the safety of their visitors and employees with the aim that your visit will be perfect. Thus, among other initiatives, capacity has been reduced, dispensers have been included for frequent disinfection, and the mask will have to be worn in areas where the minimum distance cannot be guaranteed.

We begin our route through the parks with water activities, which will help us to better manage the hot days. In our region we have several options: on the one hand the Aquopolis Villanueva de la Cañada where the children will have a great time on its slides, pools with waves or on its fine sand beach 'Malibú Beach'; and on the other hand the Parque Warner Beach, with attractions for all levels and also a great beach where to rest under the sun.

Nature lovers will find in Cercedilla the ideal place, this is de 'Aventura Amazonia' where children and adults will have a great time with its zip lines and adventure circuits. If you want even more, don't forget to visit Valdeaventura in the Madrid town of Valdemorillo, where you can do archery, paintball, mini-golf and much more; or Pino a Pino in the Navacerrada Park, which has the largest number of circuits for all levels.

If you prefer to know the animal kingdom in its pure state, the offer is very complete, 'Faunia', to enjoy the animals in their own habitat; the natural reserve of 'Safari Park', with different species in freedom near Madrid city; the 'Zoo Aquarium', with its diverse environments and shows with aquatic animals, in the Casa de Campo; or Atlantis Aquarium Madrid, which has 20 aquatic ecosystems. To complete this offer, there is Insectpark, which has an authentic miniature universe with the most surprising microfauna.

Finally, we propose a classic that will delight children and adults alike. We are talking about the Parque de Atracciones, where the day gets shorter, since the offer of fun, shows and gastronomy is enormous; and the Parque Warner, where the little ones will enjoy their favourite characters and the elderly the most exciting attractions.

As you can see there are options for all tastes, and we have a long summer ahead of us, so decide where you want to start and live your best summer, in the Region of Madrid.
