INTERPRETATION CENTER

Opened in 2003 in the former cellar of the Palacio de Goyeneche and managed by the region of Madrid, since 2013 it houses a Tourist Office of the "Mad about Info" Network. Come and discover the original industrial project!

It is the perfect complement to a walking tour. Installed in a building that was the former cellar of the industrial complex, to have more information and audiovisual material. A sculpture representing Juan de Goyeneche welcomes you at the entrance.

The exhibition uses models, explanatory panels, period objects, reproductions and an audiovisual to present the figure of Goyeneche, the territory and the industries (cloths for uniforms, fine glass, paper, confectionery and soap, among others) that were established in Nuevo Baztán during the 18th century.

In this space you will learn about the importance of Juan de Goyeneche's industrial project for the production of textiles, paper, glass, soap, wine, etc.
