After visiting the main European capitals, 'Dino Expo XXL' is set up in Madrid, the largest European exhibition of animatronics dinosaurs. Until May 2nd you have time to take a trip to prehistory, while you learn in a fun and different way why these Earth giants disappeared millions of years ago. Do you dare?
Sponsored by the paleontologist of the Paris Prehistory Museum, Charlie Lods, we can now enjoy in our city of the great exhibition 'Dino Expo XXL' until next month of May in the big conditioned tent located in front of the Ice Palace of Madrid.
The exhibition is divided into two structured episodes, so that visitors can obtain a spatio-temporal vision and progression of the era of dinosaurs and the Ice Age.
The attendees will see more than 100 animatronic dinosaurs on a real scale, which will delight the little ones as they will experience the incredible sensation of seeing these giant moving animals, and at the same time, and thanks to the information provided in descriptive panels, learn about each one of the species, and discover why they disappeared 65 million years ago.
The exhibition will host Triceratops, Tyrannosaurus, Protoceratops, Parasaurolophus, Stegosauria, Spinosaurus, Diplodocus and even the famous life-size Tyrannosaurus Rex, among others, which located in authentic natural habitats and along with different projections, will make us know closely this prehistoric fauna.
We will also travel to the Ice Age, where more than 10 amazing replicas of mammoths, rhinoceroses and giant Megaceros await us, which together with Neanderthal's men, will turn this visit into an unforgettable experience.
Enjoy this cultural activity for the whole family, in which the children will enjoy to the fullest thanks also to the different sections in which they can participate, such as the interactive 'sandbox' area to search for sites (digging areas), documentary cinema or the selfie area, among others.
Don't miss it!
